Dr. Michelle Myszko ND
Naturopathic Doctor (CCNM)
Honors BSc. (University of Western Ontario)
I attended the University of Western Ontario and graduated in
2007 with Honors Bachelor of Science Specialization in Biology.
I have always found science interesting particularly the
application to health and wellness.
Upon graduation I worked as a Health Consultant at Herbal One
Weight Loss Center, motivating and helping people achieve their
weight loss goals by using herbal supplements and nutrition. This
inspired me to follow my dream of becoming a doctor and allowed
me to realize that I could make a difference in peoples’ lives.
In 2009, I began the intensive 4-year naturopathic medical program at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM). The first two years focus on core clinical sciences including anatomy, biochemistry, physiology, immunology, microbiology, embryology, pathology and diagnostics, health psychology, emergency medicine and pharmacology. In addition, I learned all the naturopathic modalities including botanical medicine, clinical nutrition, traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture, homeopathic medicine, hydrotherapy, physical medicine (massage and naturopathic manipulation), and lifestyle modifications. The last year of the program is focused on clinical training, which I completed at the Robert Schad Naturopathic Clinic and 4-month internship at Anishawabe Health Centre (Satellite Clinic) working with the aboriginal population. I also had the opportunity to volunteer on a 10 day externship in Guatemala with Naturopaths for Global Health. I graduated from CCNM in May 2013, as a Naturopathic Doctor and during my education had completed over 1200 hours of clinical training, more than 3000 hours of classroom education, and a 12-month internship at the Robert Schad Naturopathic Clinic.
In addition to my naturopathic training, I have taken a wide variety of courses to support all aspects of healing including the physical body and emotionally and spiritually. I have learned a variety of techniques to help guide you on your healing including Shamanism, Reiki, dream analysis, meditation, BioEnergetics, mindfulness and more.

I offer individualized treatment plans that are specific to your needs, age, constitution, and health conditions. These treatment plans support the body’s innate healing ability by using a variety of naturopathic treatment options including dietary and lifestyle modifications, supplement recommendations, and acupuncture. All treatment plans are created with the intention of helping you succeed and optimizing your health as quickly as possible. I work as a team with my patients and actively discuss treatment plans to ensure that any lifestyle modifications are manageable and suggest resources to help with integration. Ultimately, I cannot help my patients heal unless they are ready and willing to make changes in their life and are committed to improving their health.
My goal is to educate, empower and support my patients on their healing journey of mind, body and spirit.
